    We proudly stand behind the quality, craftsmanship and performance of our products. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, our warranty is in place.

    Our warranty is straightforward.  For defects due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item, at our option, during the warranty period, provided the product has been used for its intended purpose. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse caused by airline baggage handling or other accidental damage.

    The warranty period is three years from the date of purchase.

    To repair a Warranty Item, please complete the Repair Request.

    Returns

    All LuggageWorks products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your bag and are not completely satisfied, you can return the unused item to us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund your money.

    Embroidered or monogrammed items are considered to be customized items and cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with our limited manufacturer’s warranty.

    You will be responsible for the expense of returning the item to us.
