    Embroidered or monogrammed items are considered to be customized items and cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with our limited manufacturer’s warranty.

    Return Instructions (Please Read)

    • All returns must be sent back boxed. FedEx will not accept unboxed items.
    • Please include the packing slip with your return. If no packing slip is included, this may delay your refund.
    • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
    • You will be refunded your purchase price including any applicable sales taxes, minus shipping fees.
    • Once we receive your returned item, a credit will be applied (minus any shipping fees) to your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return and refund to be processed once received.
