Let LuggageWorks Repair Department restore your bag to smooth operation and get it looking great again! We offer full service repairs on all of our luggage to keep you rolling.

REPAIR REQUEST: To start the repair process, please complete the online Repair Request here. You will receive a shipping label to send your luggage to our Repair Center.

EXECUTIVE, STEALTH, STEALTH PREMIER, CARBON REPAIRS: For all repairs on our EXECUTIVE, STEALTH, STEALTH PREMIER, CARBON and all ACCESSORY BAGS we recommend you complete the Repair Request to print a discounted shipping label and provide us the necessary information to service your bag.

Warranty Repairs: For warranty repairs, we will not contact you. We will begin working on your luggage right away and ship it back to you via federal express as soon as complete.

We offer the following options for the repair of your bag after the warranty period:

PREMIUM UPDATE WITH NEW SHELL, INCLUDING RETURN SHIPPING TO DOMESTIC USA ADRESSES - This will fix any issues on the rolling bag frame and all zippers and fabric will be brand new. We will begin repairs immediately and email an invoice when complete. Additional charges for logo bags or top handles. Some older/discontinued models are not eligible for this service – we will contact you with options if that is the case. Pricing is $239.99 for Executive Series, $269.99 for Stealth Series, and $299.99 for Premier Series.
ITEMIZED REPAIRS – The Repair Center will complete a full inspection of your luggage and contact you via email or phone to discuss repairs recommended and the associated cost. We will begin fixing the luggage upon your approval and email an invoice when complete.

Please note, certain discontinued models cannot be repaired to our durability standards due to parts availability and excessive fabric/zipper deterioration.
In those cases, our team will contact you with great trade in options.

Loaner Bag: We know it is a burden to be without your bag for the duration of the repair process. To help, we offer free loaner bag service, all you pay for is the shipping. Please click the repair request link to request and pay for your loaner online.
