- All zippers and fabric will be brand new.
We will begin repairs immediately and email you an invoice when complete. Payment will be due at that time.
Some older/discontinued models are not eligible - we will contact you with options if that is the case.

- Bottom or top casting replacement (if needed)

The Repair Center will complete a full inspection of your luggage and contact you via email or phone to discuss repairs recommended and the associated cost. We will begin fixing the luggage upon your approval and email an invoice when complete.
Please note, certain discontinued models cannot be repaired to our durability standards due to parts availability and excessive fabric/zipper deterioration.
In those cases, our team will contact you with great trade in options.

Welcome to the easiest and most efficient way to coordinate repairs on your durable LuggageWorks bag. $15 covers the cost of shipping your luggage to our Repair Center from within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. A shipping label will be emailed to you, from FedEx*, within one (1) business day after you complete this order. Please fill in the details below so we can efficiently service your luggage. * Please note, the shipping label will be emailed by FedEx. Our Warranty: The warranty period is three years from the date of purchase. For defects due to materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item, at our option. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse caused by airline baggage handling or other accidental damage. Our inspector will determine if your luggage is under warranty.; We will contact you via email to let you know your warranty repair is underway. If the luggage does not qualify, or we need more information – we will contact you with options. |

We know it is a burden to be without your bag for the duration of the repair process. We offer loaner bags to cover your luggage needs while we complete the repair. We will provide a return shipping label with your loaner bag. If the loaner bag is not returned within 90 days, your account will be charged for a premium update. Please contact us before the end of the loaner period if you need an extension or would like to purchase the loaner bag. |
