For warranty repairs we will not contact you. We will begin working on your luggage right away and ship it back to you via federal express as soon as complete.
We offer the following options for the repair of your bag after the warranty period:
- PREMIUM UPDATE WITH NEW SHELL, INCLUDING RETURN SHIPPING - $229.99 – This will fix any issues on the rolling bag frame and all zippers and fabric will be brand new. We will rush the service for fastest turnaround time.
- STANDARD UPDATE - $179.99 plus shipping and additional charges for bottom or top casting – This will fix all zippers and other issues on the rolling bag.
- ITEMIZED REPAIRS – We will complete a full inspection and contact you via email to discuss charges.
Loaner bag and shipping options
We know it is a burden to be without your bag for the duration of the repair process. To help with this we offer free loaner bag service all you pay for is the shipping. Please click the link below to request and pay for your loaner online.
We also know that shipping the bag to us can be a cumbersome and expensive process. We recommend shipping with federal express as no box is needed. Simply attach the shipping label to a fedex tag available at fedex shipping locations. You can save some money and time by requesting a prepaid shipping label at a discounted rate.
