How long before my order is processed and shipped out?
When you place an order, we typically process and ship out your order in 1-2 business days. We are always working to meet or beat your expectations on delivery. Most orders are shipped same day only if the items are in stock.
How do I track my order?
Once you have logged in, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
I am missing items from my order or I have not received my order, what do I do?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
I received the wrong item, how do I return or exchange an item?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product or would like to return or exhange an item, please contact customer service promptly of receiving the product.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any Returned/Exchange product to Crew Outfitters. Luggageworks recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Luggageworks or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
I returned my order for credit, when will I receive the credit to my bank card?
Depending on your banking institution, a credit usually take 7-10 business days from the time we issue the credit. If you do not see the refund within the 7-10 business days, contact your banking institution with our name (Luggageworks) the order amount and the date of purchase for their customer service department to review the case.
